Broccoli casserole #04

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Bunch fresh broccoli -or-
2 packs (10-oz) chopped broccoli
½ cup Milk
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Buttered bread or cracker crumbs
2 Eggs; beaten

Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces. Cook in small amount of boiling. salted water until just tender; drain. Combine eggs, milk, soup. mayonnaise and cheese; stir into the cooked broccoli. Pour mixture into a well greased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown; Let cool 15 minutes before serving.

Serves 6-8.
