Yield: 6 Servings
|1||Bunch fresh broccoli -or-|
|2 packs||(10-oz) chopped broccoli|
|1 can||Cream of celery soup|
|1 cup||Mayonnaise or salad dressing|
|1 cup||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|Buttered bread or cracker crumbs|
Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces. Cook in small amount of boiling. salted water until just tender; drain. Combine eggs, milk, soup. mayonnaise and cheese; stir into the cooked broccoli. Pour mixture into a well greased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown; Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
