Fresh broccoli casserole

Ingredients

| 9/16 | pounds | Broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears | 
| ¼ | cup | Grated onion | 
| 1 | can | 10.3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted | 
| 1 | cup | Light sour cream | 
| ⅓ | cup | Freshly grated Parmesan cheese | 
| ¼ | cup | Crumbled herb-seasoned bread crumbs | 
Directions
Steam broccoli until just barely fork tender; rinse in cold water and drain well. Place well-drained broccoli in a flat 1⅒/2-2qt casserole. Combine next four ingredients and spread over broccoli; top with herb-seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until broccoli is tender and crumbs are golden brown.
