Broccoli casserole #01

Ingredients

| 3 | packs | Frozen chopped broccoli |
| 1 | Stick butter | |
| 1 | small | Onion |
| 1 | can | Mushroom soup |
| 1 | Roll (8-oz) jalapeno pepper cheese | |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| Almonds (optional) | ||
| Cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Cook broccoli in ½ cup water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine in saucepan over low heat the remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted & sauce is smooth. Fold in cooked broccoli. Pour into 13x9-inch casserole dish. Cover top with cracker crumbs & almonds (optional). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves
