Broccoli casserole #01

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 packs Frozen chopped broccoli
1 Stick butter
1 small Onion
1 can Mushroom soup
1 Roll (8-oz) jalapeno pepper cheese
¼ cup Mayonnaise
Almonds (optional)
Cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli in ½ cup water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine in saucepan over low heat the remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted & sauce is smooth. Fold in cooked broccoli. Pour into 13x9-inch casserole dish. Cover top with cracker crumbs & almonds (optional). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves
