Broccoli casserole #02

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 packs Broccoli; cooked, chopped
1 \N Stick butter or margarine
1 \N Jar (medium) pasteurized process cheese spread
1 \N Jar (small) pimento
1 can (small) bamboo shoots
3 cups Rice; cooked
1 can Cream of celery soup
2 cans (small) mushrooms
1 can (small) water chestnuts; halved
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Freezes well.
