Yield: 8 Servings
|Broccoli; desired amount|
|1 tablespoon||Chicken bouillon granules; heaping|
|1 pack||(3-oz) cream cheese|
|1 tablespoon||Wine vinegar|
Cook broccoli a little, just until crisp tender, then put in ice water.
Drain. Mix all sauce ingredients. Place broccoli in casserole and pour sauce over. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
