Broccoli casserole #03

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen or cut broccoli
small Amount grated onion
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
½ cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup Grated sharp cheddar
2 Eggs
Cracker crumbs

Boil broccoli 5 minutes; drain & cool slightly. Mix all other ingredients (wet first, then dry) & then add broccoli. Put into buttered baking dish, sprinkle a small amount of cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. This may be frozen before baking.
