Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | Frozen or cut broccoli |
small | Amount grated onion |
1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup | Italian bread crumbs |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
⅓ cup | Grated sharp cheddar |
2 | Eggs |
Cracker crumbs |
Boil broccoli 5 minutes; drain & cool slightly. Mix all other ingredients (wet first, then dry) & then add broccoli. Put into buttered baking dish, sprinkle a small amount of cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. This may be frozen before baking.
