Yield: 8 Servings
|2 packs||Frozen or cut broccoli|
|small||Amount grated onion|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1 cup||Italian bread crumbs|
|⅓ cup||Grated sharp cheddar|
Boil broccoli 5 minutes; drain & cool slightly. Mix all other ingredients (wet first, then dry) & then add broccoli. Put into buttered baking dish, sprinkle a small amount of cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. This may be frozen before baking.
