1 | Can cream of mushroom soup | |
½ | cup | Shredded sharp cheese |
½ | cup | Skim milk |
½ | cup | Low-fat mayonnaise |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
½ | cup | Chopped celery |
1 | tablespoon | Melted margarine |
¼ | cup | Fine bread crumbs |
Directions
Cook broccoli according to packare directions; drain. Place broccoli in 10x6x1½ inch baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil. Combine soup and cheese; add milk, mayonnaise, egg onion and celery. Stir until well blended. Pour over broccoli. Combine margarine and bread crumbs; sprinkle evenly over soup mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.
