Broccoli/spinach casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Hot Ground Sausage (Jimmy Dean); Fried, Crumbled
2 Boxes Frozen Chopped Broccoli; Thawed And Drained
2 Boxes Frozen Chopped Spinach; Thawed And Drained
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 can Sliced Water Chestnuts; Optional
1 pounds Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Combine cooked sausage, broccoli, spinach, soup, mayonnaise and water chestnuts in a deep casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Top with onion rings last 5 minutes.
