Broccoli onion casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Minute rice
1 cup Boiling water
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup Vidalia onion; chopped
1 cup Celery; chopped
¼ cup Margarine
1 can Mushroom soup
1 small Jar cheez whiz
1 cup Potato chips; crushed

1. Cook rice according to package directions.

2. Pour boiling water over broccoli in bowl. Let stand for several minutes and drain.

3. Sauté onions and celery in margarine in skillet. Add broccoli, rice and remaining ingredients.

4. Spoon into baking dish, top with potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until bubbly.
