Broccoli and sausage casserole (repaired)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sausage links; cut into small pieces
1 pack Frozen; (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
¼ cup Shredded mild Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons Grated onion
3 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
3 \N Hard-cooked eggs; sliced
1 can Cream of mushroom soup; (10 oz.) undiluted
⅓ cup Milk
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Melted margarine hot cooked rice

Cook sausage until brown; drain. Cook broccoli; drain well. Place broccoli in a lightly greased 1½ quart casse- role. Combine sausage, cheese, peppers, onions, parsley and flour in a medium bowl. Spoon half of sausage mixture over broccoli in casserole. Top sausage mixture with egg slices.

Spoon remaining sausage over eggs. Combine soup and milk. Pour over casserole. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprin- kle over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice or with rice.
