Yield: 8 Servings
|3 packs||Frozen broccoli; cut up|
|3||Bunches green onions & tops; chopped|
|1 pack||(7-oz) vermicelli|
|1 cup||Cream (up to)|
|8 cans||American cheese|
Cook onions in butter 5 minutes. Add broccoli, place lid on pan & cook until just barely tender. Grease oblong shallow baking dish. Place cooked spaghetti on bottom. Spread broccoli & onion mixture on top & pour cream over all. Place cheese slices on top & bake at 375 for 30 minutes. (May be prepared a day ahead, but if so, do not place cheese on top until ready to bake.)
