Broccoli-spaghetti casserole

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 packs Frozen broccoli; cut up
3 Bunches green onions & tops; chopped
1 Stick butter
1 pack (7-oz) vermicelli
1 cup Cream (up to)
8 cans American cheese

Cook onions in butter 5 minutes. Add broccoli, place lid on pan & cook until just barely tender. Grease oblong shallow baking dish. Place cooked spaghetti on bottom. Spread broccoli & onion mixture on top & pour cream over all. Place cheese slices on top & bake at 375 for 30 minutes. (May be prepared a day ahead, but if so, do not place cheese on top until ready to bake.)
