Broccoli and sausage quiche

Ingredients

| 1 | 9-inch pie crust | |
| 1 | can | Cream of broccoli soup |
| ½ | pack | Brown and serve sausage links (about 5); cut into pieces |
| 1 | pack | Frozen chopped broccoli; thawed and drained |
| 1 | cup | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Instant minced onion |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| Pepper | ||
| ¾ | cup | Shredded Swiss cheese |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Cover bottom of pie crust with foil. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 4-6 minutes longer. Reduce oven temperature to 375F. Brown sausage and mushrooms together; mix in soup and cheese. Add eggs, onion and pepper. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake quiche 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
