Bread crumb cake

Measure Ingredient
3 eaches Eggs
1 cup Bread crumbs; fine
1 cup Nut meats
1 cup Sugar

Cream yolks of eggs and sugar. Add crumbs and nuts. Fold in whites of eggs beaten stiff. Top with tart jelly and serve with whipped cream. Note: Bake in moderate 350 F. oven. Source: Mrs. Ralph Orwick, Harlem Springs Grange, Carroll County, OH
