Bread crumb pancakes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Bread crumbs
2 cups Buttermilk
1 cup Flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Water, hot

Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Combine bread crumbs, milk, flour, salt, and eggs, and mix well. Add baking soda and water just before frying pancakes.
