Blueberry heaven muffins

Ingredients

1tablespoonBaking powder
½teaspoonSalt
½cupSugar
1Egg, beaten
½cupMilk
½cupSour cream
cupSugar
cupFlour
¼teaspoonSalt
cupButter, melted
2teaspoonsLemon juice (fresh if avail)
1teaspoonGrated lemon rind (fresh if available)
cupFresh blueberries (frozen ok too)
¼teaspoonCinnamon
3tablespoonsButter

Directions

TOPPING

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the next 6 ingredients until just moistened. Fold in the blueberries. Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly. Fill paper lined muffin tins ful with the batter and sprinkle liberally with the topping. Bake appx. 20 minutes.

You might want to make a double batch of topping for better coverage.
