Blue cheese dip/dressing

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Onion; minced
4 tablespoons Fresh parsley; chopped
4 ounces Blue cheese; crumbled
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Whisk all ingredients together. Chill for an hour or more to let flavor develop before serving.
