NOTES : "Fit for a dairy farmer's birthday, this hearty appetizer was perfect for our theme dinner. The spread is 'beefed up' with dairy products, and pecans give it a pleasant crunch." Submitted by Carol Troyer, Pryor, Oklahoma and Teresa Stutzman, Adair, Oklahoma.
