1Lengthwise slice of bread
1teaspoonWholegrain mustard; up to 2
3tablespoonsTasty cheese; grated, up to 4
3Hot Beef; (or Pastrami), sliced, up to 5
2Lettuce leaves
2Mushrooms; sliced
3Zucchini; ribbons
Finely parsley; chopped
1teaspoonVegetable oil
Juice from lemon
Freshly ground black pepper

1.Spread mustard over a slice of bread. Place onto grilling rack. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the mustard. Grill until cheese has melted.

2.Position the hot beef over the melted cheese and place onto serving plate.Arrange the washed lettuce leaves, mushrooms, zucchini ribbons and parsley to the side and drizzle with the dressing ingredients which have been shaken together.

Serves one
