Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Filet of beef
4 Cloves garlic; crushed
Salt
Pepper
3 drops Lemon juice

1. Place filet lengthwise and cutting from top to bottom, divide into 5 oz.

portions. Split each portion in thickness and open. (Cut as if splitting a roll.)

2. Add garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Cook on a grill or broil. (A charcoal grill is best.) Note: To be used in tampiquena tiras de filete.
