Spicy beef dip

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ \N Fine chopped onion
1 clove Garlic, powder
8 ounces Can of tomato sauce
¼ cup Catsup
¾ teaspoon Oregano
8 ounces Cream cheese
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese

Brown the ground beef and onion together. Add the garlic, tomato sauce, catsup and oregano. Mix well. Then add the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Place over fire in chafing dish for serving. Serve hot. Randy Rigg
