|1½ pounds||Ground beef|
|1½ tablespoon||The Spice Hunter Cajun Creole Seasoning*|
|1||Thick slices tomato; (6 1/2 inch)|
|6||Soft rolls; split|
1. Heat grill.
2. Lightly mix beef, cajun spice and salt in large bowl. Pat into six 3 1/2x1/2-inch-thick burger patties, 3. Grill burgers 4 minutes per side for medium and rolls 1 to 2 minutes until lightly toasted. Arrange burgers on bottoms of rolls, top each with a tomato slice, cover with roll tops.
