Yield: 6 servings
|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|½ cup||Chopped onion|
|10 ounces||Can chicken gumbo soup 284mL|
|1 each||Tb Prepared mustard|
|Hamburg buns or toast|
Combine beef and onion in a 10 x 6 x 2" glass dish. Microwave 6-8 minutes, stirring twice, pour off fat. (Plastic sieve is good for this.) Blend in soup and mustard, cook 3 minutes or until hot. Stir.
