½ cup | Chopped onion |
10 ounces | Can chicken gumbo soup 284mL |
1 each | Tb Prepared mustard |
Hamburg buns or toast |
Combine beef and onion in a 10 x 6 x 2" glass dish. Microwave 6-8 minutes, stirring twice, pour off fat. (Plastic sieve is good for this.) Blend in soup and mustard, cook 3 minutes or until hot. Stir.
