Bayou burgers

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 10 | ounces | Can chicken gumbo soup 284mL |
| 1 | each | Tb Prepared mustard |
| Hamburg buns or toast | ||
Directions
Combine beef and onion in a 10 x 6 x 2" glass dish. Microwave 6-8 minutes, stirring twice, pour off fat. (Plastic sieve is good for this.) Blend in soup and mustard, cook 3 minutes or until hot. Stir.
