|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|½ cup||Chopped onion|
|1 can||(10.75-oz) chicken gumbo soup|
|2 tablespoons||Prepared mustard|
|¼ teaspoon||Black pepper|
Brown ground beef & onions in skillet, stirring to separate. Stir in soup, catsup, mustard & pepper. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve on toasted, buttered buns. This with a green salad makes a good & quick meal.
