Basil jicama fruit salad

1cupCantaloupe, honeydew or mango; cubed
1cupPineapple chunks, fresh
1Orange; peeled, sliced and quartered
1Nectarine; cubed
½cupStrawberries; halved
½cupJicama; peeled, cut in matchstick pieces
¼cupOrange juice
1tablespoonBasil, fresh; chopped OR
1teaspoonBasil, dried; crushed
Basil springs, optional

Directions

In medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except basil sprigs; mix gently. To serve, garnish with a sprig of basil.
