1mediumRed bell pepper, cut into fine julienne strips
½teaspoonGrated orange zest
2tablespoonsOrange juice, (up to 3)
1tablespoonVegetable oil
1pinchSugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste. Serve as a topping or side dish.
