Jicama orange salad

3Peeled seedless oranges, cut
Into sections, about 1 cup
2tablespoonsFreshly squeezed orange
Juice
¼cupFinely chopped red onions
3tablespoonsFinely chopped red bell
Peppers
3tablespoonsChopped fresh cilantro
½teaspoonSalt
3Turns freshly ground black
Pepper

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss until thoroughly blended. This can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
