Basil vinegar

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Vinegar
1 \N Handful? basil, fresh shredded

Heat vinegar until just before boiling. Combine basil and vingegar in a glass bottle, and let cool. Seal tightly, and infuse for two weeks. Strain the vinegar into a fresh bottle, and add a sprig of basil.
