Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cups||Cooked rice|
|2||Green onions; chopped|
|2||Egg whites; slightly beaten|
|½ cup||Fat free cheese; shredded|
|1 cup||Canned corn; drained|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon juice|
|Salt & black pepper to taste|
|1 dash||Garlic powder|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray round or square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish & bake at 350 deg for 25-35 minutes. Entire recipe makes 4 servings.
