Baked rice #3

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked rice
2 \N Green onions; chopped
2 \N Egg whites; slightly beaten
½ cup Fat free cheese; shredded
1 cup Canned corn; drained
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
\N \N Salt & black pepper to taste
1 dash Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray round or square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish & bake at 350 deg for 25-35 minutes. Entire recipe makes 4 servings.
