Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cooked rice |
| 2 | Green onions; chopped | |
| 2 | Egg whites; slightly beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Fat free cheese; shredded |
| 1 | cup | Canned corn; drained |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| Salt & black pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | dash | Garlic powder |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray round or square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish & bake at 350 deg for 25-35 minutes. Entire recipe makes 4 servings.
