Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Cooked rice |
2 \N | Green onions; chopped |
2 \N | Egg whites; slightly beaten |
½ cup | Fat free cheese; shredded |
1 cup | Canned corn; drained |
1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
\N \N | Salt & black pepper to taste |
1 dash | Garlic powder |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray round or square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish & bake at 350 deg for 25-35 minutes. Entire recipe makes 4 servings.
