Baked rice pudding

1½ | cup | Milk, 1% low fat |
1 | cup | Raisins |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a casserole, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. May be served hot or cold.
