⅓ cup | Chopped green onion |
1½ cup | Sliced mushrooms |
1 small | Red pepper, cut in slivers |
Arrange fish fillets in 2 qt casserole. Mix next 5 ingredients. Brush over fish. Reserve rest of marinade. Sprinkle with onion, mushrooms and red pepper. Cover. Bake in 400 oven for 20-30 minutes.
