Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Light soy sauce | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder | 
| 1 | pinch | Ginger | 
| ¾ | teaspoon | Sugar | 
| ⅓ | cup | Chopped green onion | 
| 1½ | cup | Sliced mushrooms | 
| 1 | small | Red pepper, cut in slivers | 
Directions
Arrange fish fillets in 2 qt casserole. Mix next 5 ingredients. Brush over fish. Reserve rest of marinade. Sprinkle with onion, mushrooms and red pepper. Cover. Bake in 400 oven for 20-30 minutes.
