25 pounds FISH FILLETS FLAT FZ
3 pounds BUTTER PRINT SURE
¼ cup PAPRIKA GROUND

PAN: 18 BY 24-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F. OVEN 1. PLACE FISH IN WELL GREASED PANS.

2. BRUSH FISH WITH MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE; SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.

3. BAKE 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.

NOTE: 1. IN STEP 1, PORTIONS SHOULD NOT TOUCH EACH OTHER WHILE BAKING.

NOTE: 2. IN STEP 1, DO NOT THAW FISH PORTIONS BEFORE BAKING.
