½ teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
1½ cup | Vinegar |
1½ tablespoon | Fresh Garlic -- minced |
2 mediums | Onions -- minced |
3 tablespoons | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
1 pounds | Fresh Mushrooms -- cleaned |
Combine all ingredients except mushrooms. Pour mixture over mushrooms and marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
