Oven-baked french fillets

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
500 grams Fish fillets
½ cup LF sour cream
2 teaspoons Dijon
½ teaspoon Tarragon
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; grated

1. In large oven dish, place fish and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 450F for 5 mins (10 mins if using frozen fillets). Drain off liquid.

2. In small bowl, mix together sour cream, dijon, and tarragon. Spread onto fish and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake, uncovered for 5 mins until golden.
