Ann's favorite meatloaf

Ingredients

1poundsGround beef
¼poundsGround pork
¼poundsGround veal (or 1 1/2 lb.
Ground meatloaf
¼cupMinced onion
teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonEach pepper, mustard, sage
Celery salt, ga
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees (moderate). Tear bread into large mixing bowl; add milk and egg. Add meat and seasonings; mix thoroughly.

Form lightly into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour.

6 to 8 servings.
