|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|¼ pounds||Ground pork|
|¼ pounds||Ground veal (or 1 1/2 lb.|

|¼ cup||Minced onion|
|¼ teaspoon||Each pepper, mustard, sage|
|\N \N||Celery salt, ga|
|1 tablespoon||Worcestershire sauce|
Heat oven to 350 degrees (moderate). Tear bread into large mixing bowl; add milk and egg. Add meat and seasonings; mix thoroughly.
Form lightly into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour.
6 to 8 servings.
