Ann's favorite meatloaf

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 slices Soft bread
1 cup Milk
1 \N Egg
1 pounds Ground beef
¼ pounds Ground pork
¼ pounds Ground veal (or 1 1/2 lb.
\N \N Ground meatloaf
¼ cup Minced onion
1¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Each pepper, mustard, sage
\N \N Celery salt, ga
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees (moderate). Tear bread into large mixing bowl; add milk and egg. Add meat and seasonings; mix thoroughly.

Form lightly into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour.

6 to 8 servings.
