Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Lean ground turkey |
3 tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
2 \N | Eggs; or 1/2 cup egg substitute |
\N \N | Salt and pepper |
1½ cup | Bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon | Parsley; fresh or dried |
1 small | Onion; diced |
½ \N | Green bell pepper; diced |
1 tablespoon | Minced garlic |
Saute onion and pepper with garlic unitl tender, set aside. Combine turkey with remaining ingredients and mix well. |Add in onion and green peppers.
Shape into loaf and place in a shallow baking dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Halfway through baking, glaze meatloaf with either honey mustard, barbecue suace or catsup.
Serves 8.
