|1 cup||Soft bread crumbs|
|½ cup||Finely chopped onions|
|½ cup||Powdered nondairy coffee creamer|
|2 larges||Eggs ; lightly beaten|
|1 teaspoon||Dried oregano|
|¼ teaspoon||Freshly ground pepper|
I got these recipes from Southern Cooking cook book , it's made from corned beef .
** combine first 9 bingredients; shape into an 8-inch loaf. Place on a lightly greased rack ; place rack in broiler pan , and top with tomato slices .
** Bake at 350* for 1 hour and 20 mins. Let stand 5 mins.
