|1 pounds||Ground round steak or other lean beef|
|15 \N||Squares saltine crackers; crushed|
|1 \N||Onion; chopped in food processor|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic salt|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper as desired|
Mix all and put into meat loaf or bread loaf pan and top with a sauce.
SAUCE: about ¾ cup catsup, 2 Tbs. brown sugar, ½ tsp. dry mustard, ¼ tsp.nutmeg. Mix and pour on top of meatloaf and then bake at 350 F. for about 30-40 mins. till no meat is done.
