John's meatloaf

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground round steak or other lean beef |
| 15 | Squares saltine crackers; crushed | |
| ⅔ | cup | Water |
| 1 | Onion; chopped in food processor | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| Salt and pepper as desired | ||
Directions
Mix all and put into meat loaf or bread loaf pan and top with a sauce.
SAUCE: about ¾ cup catsup, 2 Tbs. brown sugar, ½ tsp. dry mustard, ¼ tsp.nutmeg. Mix and pour on top of meatloaf and then bake at 350 F. for about 30-40 mins. till no meat is done.
