John's meatloaf

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground round steak or other lean beef
15 \N Squares saltine crackers; crushed
⅔ cup Water
1 \N Onion; chopped in food processor
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
\N \N Salt and pepper as desired

Mix all and put into meat loaf or bread loaf pan and top with a sauce.

SAUCE: about ¾ cup catsup, 2 Tbs. brown sugar, ½ tsp. dry mustard, ¼ tsp.nutmeg. Mix and pour on top of meatloaf and then bake at 350 F. for about 30-40 mins. till no meat is done.
