Porcupines 2

1 | pounds | Ground beef |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Rice, uncooked |
1 | can | Tomato juice, No. 2 size |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
½ | \N | Green pepper, chopped |
½ | \N | Onion, chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Flour |
Mix ground beef, rice, salt and pepper and shape into small balls.
Saute in a small amount of bacon drippings, green pepper and onion.
Add flour, tomato juice, and sugar. Heat and pout over meat balls in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours. Randy Rigg
