Meatloaf (dec, 1995)

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Beef
1 large Onion
1 \N Garlic clove
½ cup Beef stock
2 \N Eggs
3 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
⅔ cup Oatmeal
1 pinch Cayenne
½ teaspoon Thyme
1 pinch Nutmeg
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Oil for pan

Process beef,onion,garlic,herbs and spices. Transfer to a bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix to combine. Oil a loafpan and place mixture. Bake in preheated 450 oven 15 mins. Turn down heat,continue baking another 35 mins.
