|1||Head white cabbage|
|1 medium||Head red cabbage|
|2 larges||Purple onions; sliced into rings|
|1||Stalk celery; diced coarsley|
|1||Green apple; unpeeled, diced|
|1||Red apple; unpeeled, diced|
|1||Head cauliflower; separate into flowerets & dice|
|2 larges||Bell peppers; sliced into rings|
|3||Limes; juice of (or lemons)|
|2||Bottles cole slaw dressing|
|½ teaspoon||Celery seed|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in refrigerator 4-24 hours (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top several times during chilling.
