Abm foolproof maple oat bread

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
1½ cup Oats
3 cups Flour, bread
½ tablespoon Salt
½ tablespoon Dough enhancer; optional
3 tablespoons Oil
1 Eggs
½ cup Syrup, maple flavored
1⅝ cup Water; warm

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.

Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start.

In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-⅓ c.
