Abm foolproof white bread

Yield: 24 Oz

Measure Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
3 cups Flour, bread
½ tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ tablespoon Dough enhancer; optional
2 tablespoons Oil
1 Eggs
1 cup Water; warm

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.

Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot, humid weather, use only 1-⅛ c water.

Tested in DAK 1-½ lb R2D2 bread machine.
