Pecan oatmeal bread -abm

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | cup | All purpose white flour |
| 1 | cup | Fine ground oatmeal |
| ½ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ¼ | cup | Coarse ground pecans |
| ¼ | cup | Wheat germ |
| ¼ | cup | Wheat bran |
| 2 | tablespoons | Gluten |
| 1 | teaspoon | [rounded] salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | [rounded] yeast |
| 1 | teaspoon | [heaped] brown sugar |
Directions
Grind rolled oats into meal in a blender. Add liquids, flours, other dry ingredients and yeast in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Set cycle to whole wheat, medium crust.
