Pecan oatmeal bread -abm

1cupAll purpose white flour
1cupFine ground oatmeal
½cupWhole wheat flour
¼cupCoarse ground pecans
¼cupWheat germ
¼cupWheat bran
2tablespoonsGluten
1teaspoon[rounded] salt
1teaspoon[rounded] yeast
1teaspoon[heaped] brown sugar

Directions

Grind rolled oats into meal in a blender. Add liquids, flours, other dry ingredients and yeast in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Set cycle to whole wheat, medium crust.
