Pecan oatmeal bread -abm

Yield: 1 1/2lb loaf

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Water
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup All purpose white flour
1 cup Fine ground oatmeal
½ cup Whole wheat flour
¼ cup Coarse ground pecans
¼ cup Wheat germ
¼ cup Wheat bran
2 tablespoons Gluten
1 teaspoon [rounded] salt
1 teaspoon [rounded] yeast
1 teaspoon [heaped] brown sugar

Grind rolled oats into meal in a blender. Add liquids, flours, other dry ingredients and yeast in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Set cycle to whole wheat, medium crust.
