| ½ | pounds | Sausage; (regular) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Egg; (slightly beaten) | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worchestershire sauce |
| 1 | medium | Size onion; chopped |
| 1½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ⅓ | can | Diced Ro*Tel Tomaotes and green chilies |
| 1 | teaspoon | Accent |
Directions
OPTIONAL
Mix together in a large bowl:
Form into loaf. Put in loaf pan. pour remaining RO*TEL on top. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
