Hawaiian banana bread 2

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Chopped nuts
3 Eggs, beaten
1½ cup Vegetable oil
2 cups Med. ripe bananas
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed
Pineapple

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients.

Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans. Makes 2 loaves.
