Sweet & sour meatloaf

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Tomato sauce (1 can)
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard
2 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 \N Egg, slightly beaten
¼ cup Onion, minced
¼ cup Crushed crackers
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Combine remaining ingredients, kneading together with hands. Add ½ tomato sauce mixture. Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
