Glazed meatloaf

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Turkey; cooked
½ cup Cracker crumbs or bread crum
1 cup Rice; cooked
½ cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Carrot; grated
¼ cup Celery; chopped fine
1½ teaspoon Mustard; prepared or dijon
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon White pepper
¼ cup Tomato sauce
2 Egg whites
½ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Honey

Recipe by: Cooking without Fat Preparation Time: 0:20 Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking. Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
