Zesty cilantro, chili, pea dip

Ingredients

1canGreen Ortega chilis; diced, drained (4 oz)
1packMori-Nu silken firm tofu; drained (10.5)
1tablespoonLemon juice
teaspoonGround cumin
¼teaspoonPepper
Salt to taste
4cupsRaw vegetables of choice

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

Whirl approximately 30 seconds on high.

Refrigerate 1 hour. Mound over overlapping tomato slices. Rim with fresh cilantro. Serve with fresh cut vegetables.

Makes 8 servings of ¼ cup each.
