Zesty cilantro, chili, pea dip

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Cilantro; chopped |
| 1 | can | Green Ortega chilis; diced, drained (4 oz) |
| 1 | pack | Mori-Nu silken firm tofu; drained (10.5) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| Salt to taste | ||
| 4 | cups | Raw vegetables of choice |
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Whirl approximately 30 seconds on high.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Mound over overlapping tomato slices. Rim with fresh cilantro. Serve with fresh cut vegetables.
Makes 8 servings of ¼ cup each.
