| 2 cans | Cream of chicken soup |
| 16 ounces | Sour cream |
| 8 ounces | Cheddar cheese -- shredded |
| 1 \N | Onion |
| 2 tablespoons | Crushed garlic |
| 2 \N | Handfuls |
| \N \N | Crushed cornflakes |
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. In large bowl mix, hash browns, soup, sour cream and ¾ of cheese. Add onion mixture and mix well. Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam top with remaining cheese and cornflakes. Bake 35 minutes at 350. I got 3 proposals after serving this at a superbowl party. Guys really like it. Feeds 10-12.
