From: Catherine F Ramey <rameycf@...> Date: Fri, 12 Jul 1996 12:19:47 -0500 Brown 1½ lb. hamburger, drain. Make a layer of diced potatoes, layer of hamburger, and a layer of onion in lightly greased casserole dish. Melt small box of Velveeta cheese (no amount given) with at least 2 ½ cups milk and pour over top. Make as many layers as you want. Bake at 350 until potatoes are tender - about 20 minutes.
